Purpose of Role
The CRO Senior Professional drives conversion growth through deep data analysis, customer insights, and continuous onsite optimization. This role owns KPI reporting, funnel analysis, and agency coordination, turning data into clear, actionable recommendations across teams. They identify issues, uncover growth opportunities, and support fast, informed decision-making.
Operating autonomously, they partner with Content & Site Merchandising, Digital Marketing, Digital Product to ensure insights lead to measurable improvements. The role is based in Amsterdam and reports to the CRO/UX Manager.
Your Impact
CRO Analysis & Insights
- Deliver clear, persuasive insights explaining performance drivers and required actions.
- Own all KPI reporting, funnel analysis, deep dives, and CRO dashboards.
- Connect insights across functions to drive aligned improvements.
- Diagnose funnel issues and propose solutions that impact business KPIs.
- Lead deep conversion analysis across CLP/PLP/PDP, ATC, Navigation, Checkout, and Order flow.
- Analyze traffic channels and diverse user journeys.
- Interpret consumer feedback (NPS, complaints, onsite tools) to spot barriers and validate through data.
- Present insights as clear stories tied to business outcomes.
- Simplify complex data into actionable, commercial insights.
Onsite Optimization
- Identify UX/CRO gaps and propose customer-centric, commercially sound solutions.
- Support A/B tests and always-on optimizations across landing pages, navigation, PDP/PLP, and guidance tools.
- Recommend improvements to product presentation, USPs, and benefits.
- Suggest new filters, attributes, and naming structures based on analysis.
Feature Development & Collaboration
- Ensure clear communication with Digital Product & UI/UX teams by translating CRO needs into requirements.
- Influence stakeholders with data-backed narratives.
- Validate new features through data and feedback.
- Align with regional teams to share KPIs and insights.
Tooling, Partners & Agencies
- Manage external partners and ensure clear priorities and measurable outcomes.
- Coordinate agencies (reviews, guidance tools, product finders).
- Support onboarding and evaluation of new CRO tools and functionalities.
Process Ownership & CVR Accountability
- Improve CRO processes, remove blockers, and ensure insights land effectively.
- Standardize CVR reporting and clarify how conversion is analyzed year-round.
- Build scalable routines for analysis, engagement, and reporting.
- Strengthen relationships with key eCommerce, Content, and Digital Product stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or similar.
- 2–5 years in CRO, performance analysis, or digital analytics.
- Proven ability to analyze large datasets and translate findings into recommendations.
- Experience with analytics tools (Adobe/Google Analytics, Tableau).
- Experience with A/B testing, funnel analysis, onsite optimization.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of product content best practices (filters, attributes, USPs).
- Experience in fast-paced international eCommerce teams.

- Detail-oriented and comfortable influencing without authority.
- Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.
Workplace Location
- Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Amsterdam office.
- Work Schedule: Teammates are required to work on-site for 3 days per week. This will increase to 4 days per week beginning January 2026.

Base Compensation
€56,565.43-€70,706.79 EUR
Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position. UA is committed to helping our teammates succeed and advance in their careers. Base salary is only one component of our competitive Total Rewards package.
