Purpose of Role

As a Senior E-commerce Content & Operations Professional, you will optimize our online presence and drive business success. Key responsibilities include aligning product imagery with platform needs, influencing EMEA shooting guidelines, and managing translations for a seamless consumer experience. You’ll analyze market benchmarks to guide strategy, update outlet and promotion plans, enhance product recommendations, and explore innovative tools to elevate the e-commerce experience.

Your Impact

Collaborate with Global Content Production to ensure timely delivery of product images aligned with E-commerce and Marketplace needs.

· Influence shooting guidelines by incorporating EMEA standards and third-party requirements.

· Manage translation process for a seamless consumer journey by:

o Ensuring high-quality, SEO-driven product and category descriptions in partnership with Global Copy and EMEA Creative teams.

o Aligning Meta Tags with Brand and Merchandising strategies.

o Overseeing translation agency deliverables and budget.

· Drive strategic decisions through regular market benchmark analysis and presentations.

· Implement updates to outlet and promotion strategies to enhance customer experience and commercial effectiveness.

· Support local activations and promotions by coordinating tasks and ensuring quality assurance.

· Explore and assess innovative tools with Digital Product, UX, and SEO teams to improve customer journey, engagement, and conversion.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Digital Business, Communication, or Marketing.
  • 4–5 years of experience in Digital Operations & Merchandising; international fashion or sporting goods background is a strong plus.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments (e.g., Cyber Week).
  • Proven problem-solving skills with creative and logical thinking.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a track record of continuous improvement.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Familiarity with CMS tools like Salesforce Commerce Cloud and Adobe Analytics is a plus.
  • Excellent English communication skills; additional European languages (German, French, Spanish, Portuguese) are a plus.

Base Compensation

 €52,899.61-€66,124.52 EUR

Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position. UA is committed to helping our teammates succeed and advance in their careers. Base salary is only one component of our competitive Total Rewards package.
