The Rookie Program

Do you have what it takes to make an impact?!  Join the Under Armour Rookie (internship) Program: 

  • Start date 2nd of September ‘24 until 31st of January ‘25


In order to be eligible for an internship you must be: 

  •     Enrolled in a study for the entire duration of the program (full 5 months) AND be an EU citizen passport holder OR a Non-EU Citizen studying in the Netherlands.

Purpose of Role

The scope of this project will include supporting the Commercial Team to deliver a best in-class experience for all Under Armour products across the via the SEO of Frasers Group portfolio.  In doing so, the successful candidate will be exposed to Sales Analysis, Marketing Activations, Operational Management and Merchandising Strategies which will aid in the execution of updating and maintaining our products across the Frasers Group SEO tools.


The successful candidate of this Rookie Program will be the first point of call on web related issues from the Commercial Team and from the account. This will include reviewing, amending and managing onsite product executions from key copy and content to correct imagery. Sales analysis to determine impact of changes, replenishment opportunities and gaps in the market will be key in order to fulfil the needs of consumers. 


Moving into the FW season, the successful Rookie will offer a supporting role in the Go-to-Market process which will align seamlessly with the account.  The cross-functional aspect of this role will llow for greater growth, development and understanding of the wider Under Armour functions.

Your Impact

  • Analyze, manage and amend the SEO tools within EMEA region looking into key aspects of execution, visibility, conversion, product results and commercial focus points. 
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and gaps in the market
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Commercial Sales, Operations and Merchandising to deliver on POD tasks/needs


  • Excel and PowerPoint efficiency in order to relay clear and concise information in/externally
  • Strong Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work to work to deadlines and prioritize workloads.

Education and Experience:

  • Student of business studies, data analytics, consumer/market dynamics, marketing, merchandising or similar
