Position Summary

The Rookie Program is designed for students who are ready to learn, lead, and make an impact. Throughout the summer, you'll take ownership of a business-critical project, collaborate with teams across the organization, and work closely with a dedicated leaders and mentors. From candid conversations with executives to professional development opportunities and community-building experiences, you'll gain the skills, connections, and confidence to accelerate your career. At Under Armour, being a Rookie means more than gaining experience. It means contributing to something bigger than yourself.

At Under Armour, we believe in the power of sport to unite communities and create opportunities for the next generation of athletes. As a Community Impact Rookie, you'll help bring that mission to life through initiatives that expand access to sport and support the communities where we live and work. You'll contribute to community events, volunteer programs, fundraising campaigns, and signature initiatives such as the Under Armour Sample Sale while partnering with teammates across the organization. Through hands-on projects, stakeholder engagement, and impact reporting, you'll gain valuable experience in program management, community engagement, and purpose-driven business strategy. This opportunity is ideal for students studying Nonprofit Management, Business, Communications, Marketing, Sports Management, Social Impact, Public Health, or related fields.

Eligibility

Currently enrolled in a 4-year undergraduate or graduate program (expected graduation between December 2027 - August 2028), or a recent graduate with relevant experience.
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Hiring Process

Our recruiting team will review applications on a rolling basis. Hiring managers will begin reviewing candidates and conducting interviews starting in October, with interviews continuing over the following few months as positions are filled.

If your background aligns with a role, you'll be contacted by our team to schedule interviews with members of your potential team. Candidates may be considered for multiple opportunities throughout the process.
