Position Summary

The Rookie Program is designed for students who are ready to learn, lead, and make an impact. Throughout the summer, you'll take ownership of a business-critical project, collaborate with teams across the organization, and work closely with a dedicated leaders and mentors. From candid conversations with executives to professional development opportunities and community-building experiences, you'll gain the skills, connections, and confidence to accelerate your career. Placement Area

Footwear Design
Footwear Design Rookies support the creation of innovating and industry leading footwear product while offering with a creative and current design vision. This opportunity might appeal to students with majors such as: Footwear, Industrial, Apparel, Hardgoods, Graphic, or Illustration Design.

 

Apparel Design
Apparel Design Rookies support bringing the vision of the Brand to life through innovative, trend-right and Brand-right designs that are cutting-edge and fresh. This opportunity might appeal to students with majors such as: Fashion, Apparel, Softgoods, Graphic, & Illustration.

 

Eligibility

 

  • Currently enrolled in a 4-year undergraduate or graduate program (expected graduation between December 2027 - August 2028), or a recent graduate with relevant experience.
  • Submit portfolio link or examples of work to be considered. 

Workplace Location

 

  • Baltimore, MD headquarters office 
  • Relocation assistance provided.
  • Hybrid or fully in-office work schedule. 

Hiring Process

Our recruiting team will review applications on a rolling basis. Hiring managers will begin reviewing candidates and conducting interviews starting in October, with interviews continuing over the following few months as positions are filled.

If your background aligns with a role, you'll be contacted by our team to schedule interviews with members of your potential team. Candidates may be considered for multiple opportunities throughout the process.
