Finance / FP&A
As a Finance & FP&A Rookie, you'll help turn financial data into insights that drive business decisions across Under Armour. Partnering with teams throughout the organization, you'll support forecasting, budgeting, financial analysis, and strategic planning initiatives that help maximize business performance and investment decisions. Through hands-on projects and exposure to key business leaders, you'll gain a deeper understanding of how finance influences strategy, growth, and operational excellence. This opportunity is ideal for students studying Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or related fields.

Accounting
As an Accounting Rookie, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting the financial processes that keep Under Armour running. Working alongside accounting and finance professionals, you'll assist with financial reporting, account analysis, month-end close activities, and process improvement initiatives while learning how a global organization maintains financial accuracy and compliance. You may also contribute to cross-functional projects focused on improving processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and supporting business transformation efforts. Through meaningful projects and collaboration across teams, you'll develop a strong foundation in corporate accounting and business operations. This opportunity is ideal for students studying Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, or related fields.

Our recruiting team will review applications on a rolling basis. Hiring managers will begin reviewing candidates and conducting interviews starting in October, with interviews continuing over the following few months as positions are filled.
