As a Talent Acquisition Rookie, you'll help shape how Under Armour attracts and engages top talent. Working alongside recruiting and talent professionals, you'll contribute to employer branding initiatives, talent attraction strategies, candidate experience programs, and recruiting operations projects that support our hiring efforts. Through hands-on projects and cross-functional collaboration, you'll gain exposure to workforce planning, early talent programs, talent marketing, and the processes that help build a high-performing team. This opportunity is ideal for students studying Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Organizational Leadership, or related fields.
As a Compensation Rookie, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting the programs and strategies that help Under Armour attract, retain, and reward top talent. Working alongside compensation professionals, you'll assist with market research, job evaluations, compensation analysis, and projects that help ensure our pay practices remain competitive and aligned with business goals. Through data-driven projects and cross-functional collaboration, you'll learn how compensation strategies influence talent decisions, organizational effectiveness, and the overall teammate experience. This opportunity is ideal for students studying Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
Eligibility
- Currently enrolled in a 4-year undergraduate or graduate program (expected graduation between December 2027 - August 2028), or a recent graduate with relevant experience.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Workplace Location
- Baltimore, MD headquarters office
- Relocation assistance provided.

Hiring Process
Our recruiting team will review applications on a rolling basis. Hiring managers will begin reviewing candidates and conducting interviews starting in October, with interviews continuing over the following few months as positions are filled.
If your background aligns with a role, you'll be contacted by our team to schedule interviews with members of your potential team. Candidates may be considered for multiple opportunities throughout the process.
