Planning
As a Planning Rookie, you'll help shape how Under Armour brings products to market by balancing consumer demand, inventory, and business objectives. Working closely with merchandising, allocation, and cross-functional partners, you'll analyze trends, evaluate performance, and support assortment and inventory planning decisions that drive growth across the business. Through hands-on projects and exposure to strategic decision-making, you'll gain insight into how data and planning come together to deliver the right product at the right time. This opportunity is ideal for students studying Supply Chain Management, Business, Retail Merchandising, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, or related fields.
Product Supply (Materials)
As a Product Supply Materials Rookie, you'll support the teams responsible for ensuring the materials behind Under Armour products are sourced efficiently, sustainably, and strategically. You'll partner with stakeholders across sourcing, sustainability, quality, product creation, and innovation to analyze data, identify opportunities, and support initiatives that improve supply chain performance. Through cross-functional projects and business insights, you'll gain exposure to how materials strategy impacts product innovation, operational excellence, and business results. This opportunity is ideal for students studying Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Operations Management, Economics, Sustainability, or related fields.
Product Supply (Product Operations)
As a Product Operations Rookie, you'll help support the processes that bring Under Armour products from concept to market. Working closely with product creation, costing, sourcing, and supply chain teams, you'll contribute to projects focused on operational efficiency, product costing, and business performance. Through hands-on experience and cross-functional collaboration, you'll gain insight into how strong operational processes help deliver innovative products while achieving financial and strategic goals. This opportunity is ideal for students studying Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Sourcing
As a Sourcing Rookie, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting the global network that brings Under Armour products to life. Working with internal and external partners, you'll help evaluate material and manufacturing solutions, support product development milestones, and contribute to initiatives focused on innovation, quality, and supply chain excellence. Through cross-functional collaboration and exposure to the product creation process, you'll learn how sourcing decisions influence product performance, speed to market, and business success. Allocation
As an Allocation Rookie, you'll help ensure the right product reaches the right place at the right time. Partnering with planning, merchandising, and commercial teams, you'll analyze sales trends, inventory performance, and consumer demand to support allocation decisions that maximize business results. Through data-driven projects and cross-functional collaboration, you'll gain insight into retail operations, inventory optimization, and strategic decision-making. Eligibility
- Currently enrolled in a 4-year undergraduate or graduate program (expected graduation between December 2027 - August 2028), or a recent graduate with relevant experience.
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Workplace Location
- Baltimore, MD headquarters office

Hiring Process
Our recruiting team will review applications on a rolling basis. Hiring managers will begin reviewing candidates and conducting interviews starting in October, with interviews continuing over the following few months as positions are filled.
