Purpose of Role

The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and executive support for three Under Armour leaders (SVPs/VPs), serving as the first point of contact. Key responsibilities include daily calendar and logistics management, records maintenance (including expense reports), and coordinating both internal team-building and give-back events. This role requires an individual with great integrity, professionalism, and dependability who can efficiently execute duties in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Your Impact

  • Oversee and prioritize executive calendars, proactively scheduling meetings and aligning with other administrators
  • Arrange and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas, securing facilities, and taking notes/minutes
  • Handle sensitive and highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Coordinate travel logistics (including itineraries) and process/reconcile expense reports
  • Uphold both physical and electronic filing systems, including historical records.
  • Compile information and assist in the creation of presentations (e.g., PowerPoint/Keynote)
  • Direct the onboarding process for new team members within the department
  • Manage office functionality by ordering supplies and addressing equipment maintenance needs
  • Administer updates for the team's internal digital site (e.g., SharePoint)
  • Plan team-building events and perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • BS/BA preferred; minimum of two (2) years of relevant administrative experience
  • Proven ability to maintain confidential information and exercise exceptional judgment when handling sensitive issues
  • Proficient computer literacy, including expertise in Outlook, Power Point, Excel, and Word
  • Experience with SAP, Ariba, or Keynote is a plus
  • Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills crucial for effective interaction with all levels of the organization, including senior executives and external partners (vendors, suppliers, etc.)
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and flexible work style with the ability to quickly shift gears and manage multiple competing tasks
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and sustain strong cooperative relationships across all levels and functions of the organization

Workplace Location

  • Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our global headquarters in Baltimore, MD
  • Work Schedule: x4 days in office, Monday through Thursday

Compensation

  • $21.16 - $26.45 USD

 

Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position. UA is committed to helping our teammates succeed and advance in their careers. Base salary is only one component of our competitive Total Rewards package.
