Purpose of Role

As the Sr. Professional of Digital Tool Management within Creative Operations, you will be the backbone of our global creative technology ecosystem, ensuring that our digital tools empower teams to deliver world-class marketing content. You will manage and optimize platforms like Figma, Frame.io, ShotFlow, Capture One, and Adobe DAM, enabling seamless collaboration between Creative, Production, Project Management and Marketing teams across regions. Your work will directly impact seasonal product launches, brand campaigns, and omnichannel storytelling for retail, digital and e-commerce channels.

Your Impact

Tool Governance & Administration:

  • Act as the global administrator for Figma, Frame.io, ShotFlow, Capture One, and Adobe DAM.
  • Manage user access, permissions, and licensing across multiple regions and creative hubs in partnership with UA IT/Marketing Technology.
  • Ensure compliance with security and brand standards for digital assets worldwide.

 

Workflow Optimization for Seasonal Launches:

  • Partner with Creative, Production, Project Management and Marketing to streamline workflows for marketing content creation and seasonal product drops (e.g., Back-to-School, Holiday, etc.).
  • Integrate tools to support omnichannel content tracking and delivery for global campaigns across e-commerce, digital, and retail environments.
  • Develop best practices for asset tagging, version control, and metadata to ensure speed-to-market for seasonal launches.

 

Training & Enablement:

  • Create onboarding and training programs tailored for global Creative, Production, Project Management and Marketing teams.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for creative tool usage.

 

Vendor & Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate with IT/Marketing Technology, Procurement, and external vendors for renewals, upgrades, and technical support.
  • Manage budgets and contribute to negotiations of contracts for creative technology platforms.

 

Data & Performance Insights:

  • Track tool adoption and usage analytics globally to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Recommend enhancements or new tools to support evolving retail and digital content needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications, digital media, creative technology, information systems, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in creative operations, post-production, or digital tool management, preferably in retail or consumer brands.
  • Expertise in Figma, Frame.io, ShotFlow, Capture One, and Adobe DAM.
  • Understanding of creative workflows for photography, video, and design in a retail and digital context.
  • Familiarity with API integrations and automation tools is a plus.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across global marketing and technical teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, seasonal environment.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.

Workplace Location

  • Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Baltimore HQ office.
  • Work Schedule: This role follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring 4 days in-office per week.

Base Compensation

 $94,801.17-$118,501.47 USD

Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position. UA is committed to helping our teammates succeed and advance in their careers. Base salary is only one component of our competitive Total Rewards package.
