Purpose of Role

At Under Armour, we’re driven by performance — and we’re looking for a Director, Go-To-Market (GTM) and Sales Operations to help power our brand and business. This role will lead and scale GTM and sales operational support across the Americas region, working in close partnership with regional Commercial leaders and Under Armour’s Global Go-To-Market team. This leader will serve as a strategic partner to our commercial teams — bringing structure, clarity, and consistency to how we plan, measure, and execute against commercial goals.

Your Impact

Drive GTM Operational Excellence:

  • Lead the end-to-end GTM process for the Americas region, ensuring alignment of commercial objectives, executional plans, and key milestones across all channels. 

Sales Operations Leadership:

  • Build and evolve sales operations frameworks to support channel planning, coverage models,and forecasting processes. Support resource allocation and performance tracking to enable sustainable growth.

Support Strategic Planning:

  • Partner with regional leaders and Global GTM to support commercial readiness, including revenue targets, sales goal alignment, and other critical initiatives. Lead operational reviews and cadence to track progress and remove barriers.

Cross-Functional Partnership:

  • Act as a key connector between Commercial, Merchandising, Planning, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure GTM readiness and flawless execution. Collaborate with the Global GTM function to align tools, processes, and best practices.

Regional & Global Integration:

  • Serve as the primary operations liaison between Americas and global stakeholders to ensure consistency in commercial execution, tool adoption, and GTM strategy alignment.

Qualifications

Required:
• 10+ years of experience in Go-To-Market, Sales Operations, Commercial Strategy, or a related field
• Deep experience partnering with large-scale Commercial teams in a matrixed, global environment
• Proven ability to drive structure and operational consistency in fast-paced organizations
• Strong understanding of sales lifecycle, territory and quota planning, and GTM workflows
• Fluent in Salesforce and other operational tools (e.g., Anaplan, Smartsheet, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred

Workplace Location

  • Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Baltimore office.
  • Work Designation: 4 days week in-office, the remainder of work week remote.

Base Compensation

 

 $165,696.52 - $227,832.72 USD

Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
