Purpose of Role
The IT Audit Manager is a key member of the Internal Audit function in providing objective assurance and risk advisory services to Under Armour globally.
Your Impact
- Responsible for managing the IT/ Cybersecurity aspects across Internal Audit, SOX and special projects as part of delivering the Annual Plan
- Manage the audit project lifecycle from scoping, fieldwork and reporting including reviewing the work performed by the audit team
- Draft Audit Report/s and manage the communication of observations, risks, recommendations, and conclusions reached
- Exercise sound professional judgment based on evidence, risks and auditor skepticism
- Play a key role in IA’s continuous evolution while delivering on our on-going responsibilities such as Audit Committee and Management reporting, risk assessment and team development
- Build and evolve IA processes to unlock capacity and scalability
- Responsibility for the continuous development and leadership of one direct report
- Build effective partnerships with key business stakeholders and partners
- Partner with external auditors and outside consultants with respect to specific IT engagement
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science
- 7+ years of professional experience with a combination of public accounting and industry
- US publicly listed global company experience with 1-3 years of experience in IT audit or related area
- 3+ years of people supervisory experience
- Able to muti task in a fluid environment; able to lead and deliver with limited supervision
- Strong working knowledge of Sarbanes Oxley, GAAS and COSO
- Results-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and the required professional skepticism
- Able to communicate (written and verbal) findings/ recommendations succinctly through a risk prioritized lens
Workplace Location
- Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our global headquarters in Baltimore, MD
- Return to Work Designation: Three (3) days week in-office, the remainder of work week remote
- Travel: 5-15% domestic and international
- Licenses/Certifications: Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) or Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) required

Base Compensation
- $115,782.00 - $159,200.80 USD
Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position. UA is committed to helping our teammates succeed and advance in their careers. Base salary is only one component of our competitive Total Rewards package.
