Purpose of Role

We’re looking for a strategic, creative, and collaborative marketing individual to join our team as Lead, Marketing + Activations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, creativity, and execution. You will be responsible for supporting our brand and product activation campaigns.

Your Impact

•    Execute integrated marketing plans that translate creative concepts into campaigns across social, experiential, and traditional channels.
•    Support collaboration with internal teams (creative, media, product, digital) and external agencies to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with brand objectives.
•    Support social-first initiatives by applying platform best practices and emerging trends to enhance reach and engagement.
•    Prepare and share campaign updates and performance insights with cross-functional partners to maintain alignment and inform future strategies.
•    Assist in leveraging athlete partnerships within campaigns, events, and social storytelling to amplify brand impact.
•    Foster a collaborative team culture that values creativity, curiosity, and strong cross-functional relationships.

Qualifications

 

•    Bachelor's degree with typically 5-8 years of relevant experience OR Master's degree with typically 5 years of relevant experience OR Typically 10 years of relevant experience without degree

•    2-3 years of experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, social media strategy, or related fields.

•    Proven ability to support develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across social, experiential, and traditional platforms.

•    Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience working closely with creative, media, product, digital, and agency partners.

•    Deep understanding of social platforms, emerging trends, content best practices, and audience behavior.

•    Ability to present and influence at multiple levels of the organization—clear communicator with strong storytelling skills.

•    Experience working with athletes, creators, or talent is a plus; ability to integrate them into campaigns in an authentic and brand-right way.

•    Strong strategic thinking paired with the ability to manage details, timelines, and deliverables.

•    Demonstrated creativity and a passion for staying connected to culture, trends, and consumer insights that shape modern marketing.

•    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with multiple projects and shifting priorities.

•    Strong organizational skills and the ability to translate ideas into actionable plans.

Workplace Location

  • Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Baltimore office.
  • Work Schedule: This role follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring 4 days in-office per week.

Base Compensation

 

 $110,584.27-$138,230.33 USD

Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position. UA is committed to helping our teammates succeed and advance in their careers. Base salary is only one component of our competitive Total Rewards package.
