Purpose of Role

As the Apparel and Accessories Centric Business Process Owner (BPO), you will partner with key stakeholders on both the IT and functional sides of the business to own business operations for the technologies that support UA’s Apparel and Accessories Product Creation process.  With an emphasis on supporting and enhancing our Centric PLM platform. Through building strong cross-functional relationships with key stakeholders, this role is responsible for designing and implementing technology and process solutions to drive efficiency.

Your Impact

  • Liaise with Centric’s Managed Service Team on the development and delivery of user stories through monthly Sprints
  • Conduct workshops, interviews, surveys and observation sessions to gather/facilitate building of tool requirements for future system platform(s) or enhancements of current technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on the delivery of new capabilities within the platform.  Build and maintain network of relationships with super users and change agents
  • Partner with key business stakeholders in change management activities, trainings, and communication plans in regard to technology and/or related business process changes
  • Manage the development budget, product backlog and the prioritization of user stories that delivers the greatest business user value while staying within financial guardrails.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Agile Software Development Methodology
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to correspond with Suppliers / Vendors from a variety of countries and cultures
  • The ability to define problems, collect data, and draw rational conclusions as well as recommend solutions
  • Ability to work both independently and cooperatively with a diverse group of people
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Experience in Apparel Product Development, Textile Design, Material Development, or similar fields with an emphasis on Product Development

Workplace Location

  • Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our global headquarters in Baltimore, MD
  • Return to Work Designation: Three (3) days a week in-office, the remainder of work week remote
  • Travel: Up to 10%

Base Compensation

 $99,087.00 - $136,244.90 USD

Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position. UA is committed to helping our teammates succeed and advance in their careers. Base salary is only one component of our competitive Total Rewards package.
