Purpose of Role

The Lead, Digital In-Office Technology owner is responsible for driving the strategy and execution of in-office digital experiences for teammates. This role leads efforts to optimize digital tools and systems within the office environment, ensuring they support efficiency, productivity, and user satisfaction. The Lead partners closely with the Corporate Real Estate (CRE) and UA Protect teams to understand technical needs, gather requirements, and coordinate with IT and vendor teams to deliver innovative technology solutions.

Your Impact

Strategic Leadership:

  • Define and lead the roadmap for in-office digital experience enhancements.
  • Align technology initiatives with business goals and user needs across CRE and UaProtect.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional coordination and escalation.

Technology Enablement:

  • Lead the enhancement of the in-office digital experience by leveraging innovative technologies and solutions.
  • Oversee implementation and support of software, network, and application solutions.
  • Support physical installations such as AV systems, networking infrastructure, and IoT systems to ensure they are optimized for efficiency, productivity, and user satisfaction.
  • Ensure seamless integration of digital tools into the physical office environment.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Understand the technical needs of the Corporate Real Estate Team and the UaProtect Team, gathering requirements and coordinating with IT teams to implement
  • necessary technology solutions.
  • Partner with CRE and UaProtect teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with IT, security, and vendor teams to ensure timely and effective delivery.
  • Advocate for user experience improvements and drive adoption of new technologies.

Operational Oversight:

  • Manage software needs, network support, and application support within the office environment.
  • Monitor system performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Maintain documentation and reporting for technology deployments and support activities.
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise standards and security protocols.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve digital tools and systems to enhance the overall in-office experience for teammates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with typically 5 years of relevant experience, OR Master's degree with typically 3 years of relevant  experience, OR Typically 9 years of relevant work experience without degree.
  • Proficiency in managing software, network support, and application support.
  • Hands-on experience with AV systems, networking infrastructure, and IoT technologies.
  • Strong understanding of digital tools and systems used within modern office environments.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with various departments to ensure seamless integration and functionality of digital tools and systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to continuously evaluate and improve digital tools and systems.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with the requirement to come to the office four days a week.

  • Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Baltimore HQ office.
  • Work Schedule:This role follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring 4 days in-office per week.

Base Compensation

 $125,149.60 - $172,080.70 USD

Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position. UA is committed to helping our teammates succeed and advance in their careers. Base salary is only one component of our competitive Total Rewards package.
