Purpose of Role

The Americas Retail FP&A Lead will be a key member of the Americas DTC organization reporting directly to the Americas Retail Director of FP&A. This role provides financial and analytical support for our Americas Retail organization and will be responsible for managing Revenue through Gross Margin for our Factory House and Brand House channels. They will work closely with cross-functional business leaders of the retail organization to report performance results, create periodic forecasts and drive accountability to deliver annual and quarterly plans.

Your Impact

• Develop revenue and gross margin forecasts by store working closely with key business partners and load to the financial reporting tool

• Perform variance analysis monthly to understand deviations in revenue and gross margin and present findings in monthly meetings

• In addition to in-year forecasts, support annual Long-Range Plan and Annual Operating Plan submissions

• Analyze and predict KPIs tied to retail revenue (Traffic, Conversion, Average Dollar Transaction)

• Attend weekly channel POD meetings and represent FP&A

• Support the annual Retail Asset Review

• Manage investment and track performance against targeted KPIs for recently opened retail stores

Qualifications

• Team Player with demonstrated ability to work cross functionally and collaborate

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to communicate effectively at varying levels and articulate financial results and performance to derive actionable recommendations

• Expertise in Excel, financial modeling, and sensitivity analysis

• SAP accounting system experience or experience with other corporate financial accounting systems is a plus

• Willingness to stretch themselves and learn new things

• Commitment to process improvement

• Bachelor's degree ideally in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or Economics with typically 8 years of relevant experience or Master's degree with typically 6 years of relevant experience or typically 12 years of relevant work experience without degree.

• Previous experience in FP&A, Accounting, or Business Analytics

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and quantitative skills, with exceptional attention to detail

• Ability to effectively articulate ideas, results of financial analysis, and actionable recommendations; strong written and verbal communication skills

Workplace Location

Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Baltimore, MD office.

Work Schedule: This role follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring 4 days per week in-office.

Base Compensation

 $100,216.13 - $137,797.19 USD

Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
