Purpose of Role

The Lead, GTM leverages deep understanding of the end-to-end value chain and works with the regions, channels   and functions to manage the global go-to-market process, ensuring commercial readiness for successful seasonal product and marketing launches. This role will drive cross-functional execution against GTM strategies, through the development, optimization and consistent delivery against scalable processes and operational rhythms with providing streamlined communication and coordination across all areas of the business.

Your Impact

  • Responsible for understanding the end-to-end GTM process from concept to consumer including all critical interdependencies cross-functionally and cross-regions.
  • Partner with the GTM leads in Product Creation, Marketing, Regions, Planning, Supply Chain, Innovation, Consumer Insights, to ensure GTM strategies are executed as intended, globally.  
  • Enhance the GTM calendar, using it as a strategic tool to streamline processes and align cross-functional teams around key milestones and deliverables.  
  • Responsible for updating process documentation, creating templates and change plans to implement new processes into functions and regions as needed.
  • Project manage work activities and coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring everyone is aligned and focused on GTM objectives.  
  • Identify and coordinate needs for Milestone Events & Presentations.
  • Build trusted relationships at all levels of the organization, providing clarity and driving buy-in and continuous improvement mentality. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with typically 8 years of relevant experience or Master's degree with typically 6 years of relevant experience or typically 12 years of relevant work experience without degree.
  • Ability to drive problem solving process – frame opportunity statements, analytical modeling and facilitate the problem-solving to drive alignment and enterprise-mindset based solutions.
  • Proven track record of building trusting relationships, establishing rapport and credibility within the team and with the partners across the organization  
  • Resourceful, comfortable with ambiguity, organized and able to prioritize & meet multiple deadlines in compressed timeframe with attention to detail
  • Project management skills - proven cross functional business process and project management experience.  
  • Strong working knowledge Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SmartSheet

Workplace Location

  • Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Baltimore, MD office.
  • Work Schedule: This role follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring 3 days in-office per week through September 5, 2025. Beginning September 8, 2025, the in-office requirement will increase to 4 days per week.

Base Compensation

 $109,847.11 - $151,039.78 USD

Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
