The Brand House In-Store Marketing Lead, Americas will be at the forefront of redefining our in-store experience, transforming our full price DTC retail spaces into environments that inspire athletes and embody our mission to Make All Athletes Better. This role demands a forward-thinking marketer with a proven track record in creating in-store retail marketing that balance brand authenticity with creative impact.
Born from the intersection of gyms, stadiums, and locker rooms—where athletes live—and whiteboards, labs, and factories—where innovations are made, our Brand House is more than just retail space. It’s the physical manifestation of where passion and innovation drive sports forward. As we continue our maniacal focus on the team sport athlete, the In-Store Marketing Lead will play a pivotal role in delivering impactful brand and product storytelling that brings our commitment to the future of sport through cutting-edge design and athlete-centered experiences.
In this position, you will own the in-store marketing strategy (lease line to cashwrap), budget, and execution across our full-price Brand House fleet. Your leadership will guide the evolution of existing stores and support the creation of new concept locations, realizing our Sports House vision and delivering retail experiences that are innovative, relevant, and athlete-focused.
As a critical member on the retail team, you will contribute to sustainable premium growth through a multi-year roadmap focused on redefining what UA retail could be—pushing boundaries and challenging norms.
This is a unique opportunity to be an integral force in shaping the future of UA retail, starting with our largest region, North America. If you’re a visionary who sees beyond the status quo and is ready to redefine what retail can be, we invite you to join us in pushing the boundaries and driving the future of sports forward.
