Purpose of Role
The Lead, Global Product Supply Operations, supports inline product commercialization by facilitating the delivery of profitable, on-time products in collaboration with cross-functional partners. This position works closely with product teams and serves as the primary liaison to regional sourcing teams to support commercialization activities within the assigned product category.
Your Impact
• Fully understand supply chain needs of category product teams. Clearly communicate style level details to the regional sourcing team to support allocation and costing.
• Work with SCO leaders to create category level supply chain strategies and communicate these to the regional sourcing teams
• Drive ownership of material and construction decisions related to cost within the product team
• Lead cross functional efforts to achieve category target margins
• Partner with materials, materials sourcing, and trims to deliver precosts to the product team
• Partner with regional sourcing, supply planning, and SMS teams to troubleshoot production related issues as needed
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree
• 3-5 years of related supply chain, sourcing, merchandising, textiles or apparel manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
• Proficiency in SAP and Web based PLM systems a plus
Workplace Location
• Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Baltimore, MD office or global headquarters.
• Return To Work Designation: 4 days a week in-office, the remainder of the work week remote.
• Travel: 5-10% of the year.
• Licenses/Certifications: None required.

Base Compensation
$100,000.00-$135,000.00 USD
Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position. UA is committed to helping our teammates succeed and advance in their careers. Base salary is only one component of our competitive Total Rewards package.
