Purpose of Role
The Presentation Designer is responsible for creating and executing meaningful and impactful visuals for presentations and events using industry-standard presentation formats. We are a looking for a designer with strong collaborative skills and the ability to create visually compelling presentations and graphics that communicate our Brand’s voice and our teams’ specific needs. The candidate will work cross-functionally to support presentations for both internal teammates and external partners to ensure all components of a given event or presentation meet the Brand’s high expectations and standards.
Your Impact
- Craft presentations in collaboration with various cross-functional teams for internal and external events using company branding standards.
- Build templates and digital resources for teammate use.
- Offer input on how to visually communicate concepts to audiences at various levels of expertise.
- Create digital signage and graphics to support internal communications.
- Source creative assets/videos from various internal departments as well as external partners to feature in presentations.
- Coordinate with on and offsite A/V personnel regarding technical requirements for video, sound, lighting, and execution.
- Travel for external presentations to ensure seamless execution from a technical standpoint, as well as presentations given within headquarters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with typically 2 years of related experience or Master’s degree without experience or typically 6 years of relevant experience without degree.
- Proficiency in Apple Keynote and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Motion graphics and/or video editing experience is a strong plus)
- Understanding of the strengths and limitations of presentation technology including aspect ratios, projectors, sound, virtual meeting applications, and video equipment
- Experience working onsite with production agencies and calling graphic and video cues is a plus.
- Ability to think creatively and adapt with new technologies to visually communicate teammates needs.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and short lead times.
Workplace Location
- Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Baltimore HQ office.
- Return to Work Designation: 3 days week in-office, the remainder of work week remote.

Base Compensation
$61,433.00 - $84,471.20 USD
Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position. UA is committed to helping our teammates succeed and advance in their careers. Base salary is only one component of our competitive Total Rewards package.
