Purpose of Role

Under Armour needs a motivated Analyst, Product Operations – Footwear responsible for maintaining an efficient and effective product creation data model and driving impactful analytics.  The analyst will be responsible supporting their respective business unit by, publishing business performance reports, designing new reports/KPI’s, participating in systems implementations/optimization, and providing analytical support.  This teammate will need to develop a detailed knowledge of the product creation processes and calendars, and an understanding of what KPI’s and data are available (or need to be developed) to bring visibility to execution and potential issues.  This role must be able to communicate effectively with leadership, internal/ external partners and be able to drive action within their own team and supporting departments where necessary.   

Your Impact

  • Run weekly/monthly footwear meetings to review business performance metrics and upcoming calendar milestones and identify risks to the Product Organization
  • Publish regular business performance metrics to the business unit and identify trends of low performance
  • Maintain the footwear development data landscape, data owners, dates of completion, and publishing 
  • Identify, design, test, and implement new KPI, reporting and data needs 
  • Be the headlights.  Ensure information and upcoming steps are understood and actionable by the teams. Work across the functions to coordinate detailed activity (steps between the steps) 
  • Participate in strategic initiatives, projects and system implementations
  • Provide analytics support as needed

Qualifications

  • BA/BS required - business admin, marketing, economics or related.
  • 2-3 years working in retail, footwear and apparel industry
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization programs similar to Tableau and Power BI
  • Understanding of product creation (materials/ color, design, development, sourcing, costing) processes and how it impacts the supply chain
  • Familiar with PLM systems
  • Understanding of project management principles is a plus
  • Experience with SQL, Python, VBA is a plus 

Workplace Location

  • Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Baltimore, Maryland office.
  • Work Schedule: This role follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring 3 days in-office per week through September 5, 2025. Beginning September 8, 2025, the in-office requirement will increase to 4 days per week.

Relocation

  • Relocation may be provided up to a specified amount

 

Base Compensation

$66,010.00 - $90,764.30 USD

Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
