Purpose of Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Professional for the North America DTC Operations team to support North America Retail Channel. As an Operations Professional, you will be focused on managing tactical aspects of the Factory House and Brand House order bank.

Your Impact

•    Daily order bank management within SAP FMS for North American Retail Channels including Aged Deliveries Tracking within DH and Zero Pick Clean Up
•    Tracking of deliveries and shipments by DH and Store Level vs the projections provided from partners
•    Utilizing SAP & BW reports to provide detailed reports to the Allocations and Merchandising teams to track processing, shipping and receipt of key orders including, but not limited to, Floor Sets, New Store Orders, and Product Launches
•    Partner with Allocations, Supply Chain, and Store Ops to determine the right action plan for Under Armour regarding orders and shipments when needed
•    Aid in the development/improvement of procedures, reports & processes
•    Partner with the business on New Store Order execution such delivery timing, DH ship dates and VAS updates
•    Assist in the research around canceled or unconfirmed units on JDA POs
•    Partner with the Sample Sale Project Team on the manual creation, delivery, and tracking of Sample Sale Orders each year
•    Occasional manual creation of STOs for Temporary or Pop Up stores or other exception situations
•    Provide direction on additional ad-hoc requests around delayed ATP, assortment issues, or PIR inquiries  

Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s degree 
•    1+ years of related Customer Service and/or Supply Chain experience
•    Professional written and oral communication demonstrating a courteous demeanor and desire to assist internal departments
•    Working experience with Microsoft Office
•    Availability during normal work hours (8:30 am – 5:30 pm) in order to respond promptly to business needs or requests for service and assistance
•    Must be detail oriented, a people person, able to prioritize tasks and able to work under pressure with multiple deadlines
•    Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner. Listens to feedback and improves service
•    Meets time commitments to business partners
•    Arrives at meetings and appointments with customers on time and prepared

Workplace Location

  • Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Baltimore office.
  • Work Schedule: This role follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring 4 days in-office per week.

Base Compensation

 $63,814.80 - $87,745.35 USD

Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
