Purpose of Role

The Professional, Digital Channel Marketing is responsible for optimizing site conversion through the management of site and product strategies. They will manage all components of site maintenance and utilize research and analytics to drive recommendations and decision-making. They are responsible for operational accuracy across the site, providing for a seamless customer experience. This role reports to the Senior Manager, Wholesale Channel Marketing.
 

Your Impact

•    Manage execution of site assortment for all categories, ensuring accuracy and completion of all details to support timely launch for seasonal buy on digital
•    Collaborate with marketing and sales to plan for current and future season digital execution and provide assortment recommendations
•    Collaborate with business partners from marketing and planning to develop revenue-driving business strategies through weekly review of incrementality opportunities and site audits
•    Manage the day-to-day merchandising activities of the category to ensure best in class experience
•    Support digital marketing storytelling across site focused on seasonal programming and product priorities
•    Optimize Product Review maintenance by category, track product reviews on a weekly basis
•    Optimize product detail pages so that we have a consistent high-quality selling experience across all products
•    Participate in weekly digital marketing meetings to understand key business trends and strategies
•    Analyze selling reports to create weekly ecommerce selling reports to inform business recommendations and changes
•    Attend weekly cross-functional meetings to provide digital updates and align on account priorities
•    Perform other related duties, tasks, and responsibilities as required by management

Qualifications

•    Strong project management, analytical, problem-solving, and verbal/written communication skills required
•    Highly organized, detail-oriented, enthusiastic, resourceful, and can envision and execute solutions in a complex environment
•    Exceptional analytical skills and a demonstrated ability to utilize data in the most effective and innovative ways
•    Must be able to clearly communicate ideas, timelines, tasks, and deadlines to business partners
•    Highly proactive and able to prioritize multiple tasks
•    Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
 

Workplace Location

  • Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Baltimore office.
  • Return to Work Designation:3 days week in-office, the remainder of work week remote.

Base Compensation

 

 $67,657.00 - $93,028.10 USD

Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
