Purpose of Role

The Professional, Factory House Marketing is responsible for supporting planning, briefing and executing Factory House specific in-store marketing initiatives each season with a focus on execution.  

 

It is essential that the individual in this role have retail marketing experience and focus on driving retail sales and Brand consideration and affinity by delivering consumer-focused in-store marketing content, tailored to their channel.  This teammate will support a plan that ensures Under Armour products are powerfully positioned within their channel to connect with customers and drive sales.  

Your Impact

  • Support retail briefing, partnering in floorset planning, and implementation of channel/account strategies in retail plans with a focus on floorset execution.
  • As relevant to the channel, this teammate will also be support new store concepts, Pop Ups, NSOs and special retail projects.  
  • Bring a planful, organized and proactive approach to floor set planning, communication, leadership reviews, etc.
  • Bring an opportunistic and curious mindet to problem solving and tackling business challenges and opportunities  
  • Support process hindsighting to drive improvement each season
  • Other duties may be assigned

  • Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Baltimore HQ office.

Base Compensation

$66,273.00 - $91,125.38 USD

Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position. UA is committed to helping our teammates succeed and advance in their careers. Base salary is only one component of our competitive Total Rewards package.
