Purpose of Role
This role will manage a series of KPI related to inventory accuracy between SAP-FMS and WM used by various DH sites both operated by Under Armour and 3PLs. Leveraging transactional data, you will identify root cause analysis when issues arise. Based upon your finding, you will recommend and partner with other internal and external groups to implement changes that will improve inventory accuracy between SAP-FMS and WM.
Your Impact
- Track Inventory Accuracy performance metrics and work with partner teams to exceed accuracy goals.
- Capture and Analyze Inventory Accuracy Variances. Develop and lead a root cause analysis process that ensures the problem is monitored and eliminated.
- Report on metrics for Inventory Accuracy. Drive for KPI improvements.
- Develop Standard Operating procedures and train others in maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Develop and implement new processes and reporting to improve inventory accuracy.
- Take part in new systems and enhancements.
- Based upon in-depth subject knowledge provide design insights, written test scripts, testing support, data validation, training, and documentation
Qualifications
- BS Supply Chain or related business
- Minimal 2-years supply chain or inventory experience
- Strong quantitative, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- End to end understanding of inventory flows between WM and FMS
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence others
- Demonstrated ability to document process and business requirements in a logical and structured manner
- Demonstrated use of data analyst in decision making
- Basic FMS-SAP transactional knowledge
Workplace Location
- Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from ourBaltimore office.
- Work Schedule: This role follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring 4 days in-office per week.

Base Compensation
$58,633.96-$73,292.45 USD
Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
