Purpose of Role
The Professional, Store Operations will drive operations in our retail stores. He/She will also oversee various initiatives and processes. The Store Operations Professional will be a key player on the team that supports stores and acts as a liaison between UA administration/ finance partners and the field.
Your Impact
• Support all end-to-end field-initiated procurement processes
• Create and maintain all procurement documents: SOPs, POs, contracts, proposals and field communications
• Facilitate store supply orders and own store invoice/PO processing including new contract processing
• Support with vendor evaluation and selection processes
• Cross-functional collaboration with Field Teams, Operations and Finance to maintain and support alignment to budget targets and goals
• Manage all calls, emails and internal/external interactions in a professional, confident manner
• Manage complicated projects with shifting priorities
• Maintain and organize calendars
• Assist in prioritizing each day with appropriate details/meetings/important tasks
• Summarize meetings and communicate action items and provide recaps as needed
• Support the New Store Opening process with supplies
Qualifications
• Thorough understanding of retail operations to include: budgeting, expense management, inventory control, retail systems and business planning
• Independent; self-starter and problem solver that can build strong working relationships
• Excellent verbal, written skills; ability to communicate down, across and up within the organization
• Strong analytical & organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal skills- ability to build partnerships
• Strong Microsoft office skills are required: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• 2 – 4 years retail experience in store management or operations
• Demonstrated experience managing projects
Workplace Location
Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Baltimore, MD office.
Work Schedule: This role follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring 3 days in-office per week through September 5, 2025. Beginning September 8, 2025, the in-office requirement will increase to 4 days per week.

Base Compensation
$60,935.00 - $83,784.80 USD
Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position. UA is committed to helping our teammates succeed and advance in their careers. Base salary is only one component of our competitive Total Rewards package.
