Purpose of Role

The Sr Professional, Wholesale Channel Marketing - Americas will drive marketing strategy and execution for the Sport Inspired channel accounts.  This individual will adapt the strategies for these channels set by the Sr Manager, Sport Inspired/Sport Specialty Marketing – Americas.  To support channel strategies, this individual will be responsible for advocating for their accounts’ content needs through the GTM milestones that map to the regional strategy.  It is essential that this role support growth of retail sales and brand consideration and affinity by executing consumer-focused marketing, tailored to their accounts.
 

Your Impact

•    Build seasonal plans for wholesale accounts that align with regional strategies and drive sales in the Americas.
•    Collaborate with cross-functional partners to execute account initiatives, focusing on brand building and commercial stories.
•    Manage and distribute seasonal content to accounts as needed.
•    Develop channel briefs to support account-level products and key stories, leveraging regional and global briefs.
•    Foster strong partnerships with cross-functional teams and ensure clear communication.
•    Analyze media metrics and performance, providing reports and recommendations.
•    Attend weekly cross-functional meetings to update and align on account priorities.
•    Own account meetings and agendas, ensuring budget adherence and timely management of funding.
•    Perform additional duties as required, maintaining a collaborative, organized, and resilient approach.
•    Emphasize consumer orientation, problem-solving, and high initiative to support brand differentiation and loyalty.
 

Qualifications

•    Bachelor's degree with typically 5 years of relevant experience or Master's degree with typically 3 years of relevant experience or typically 9 years of relevant work experience without degree.
•    Experience in integrated marketing planning and execution of marketing initiatives.
•    Ideally, experience working with wholesale retailers.
•    Ability to drive brand equity and revenue through understanding of product marketing, consumer segmentation, and effective briefing.
•    Support evaluation of results to drive improvement each season.
 

Workplace Location

  • Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Baltimore office.
  • Work Schedule: This role follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring 3 days in-office per week through September 5, 2025. Beginning September 8, 2025, the in-office requirement will increase to 4 days per week.

Base Compensation

 

 $83,128.00 - $114,301.00 USD

Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
