Purpose of Role

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support the SVP, Chief Design Officer, and other Design VPs in their daily administrative duties and beyond. The ideal candidate will be organized, energetic, proactive, and passionate about the Under Armour brand. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing the leader’s day-to-day calendar, be able to work under pressure, and have the willingness to go – at times- above and beyond their outlined duties. 

Your Impact

  • Maintain and prioritize the Outlook Calendar and tasks for team on daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel and build organized, detailed trip itineraries.
  • Compiles information and create presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint/Keynote if needed.
  • Coordinates and arranges meetings, prepares agendas, reserves and prepares facilities, and when needed, takes meeting notes
  • Responds to sensitive and highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Complete and submit expense reports in timely matter
  • Prepares outgoing emails to leader’s organization
  • Organizes and maintains file system and files correspondence and other records.
  • Orders and maintains supplies and arranges for equipment maintenance for team.
  • Work with other department admins to schedule meetings, align leader’s calendars, and stay up to date on what is happening cross-functionally
  • Willingness to be flexible in staying late and working at offsite events if needed

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and capable of both working within a team environment and independently.

  • Enjoy working and connecting with people at all levels of the organization and solving problems on behalf of the leader.
  • Flexible with change and able to shift gears quickly.
  • Proven ability to be a gatekeeper for the leader by providing excellent customer service skills to internal and external partners by using tact and good judgment. 
  • Proven ability in keeping leader focused and organized.
  • Strong Communication skills. Able to express facts and ideas in writing in a clear, convincing and organized manner; listen effectively, and clarify information as needed. 
  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year college or university preferred; and 3-5 years’ experience working in a professional business environment and/or providing administrative support.

Workplace Location

  • Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Baltimore, Maryland office.
  • Return to Work Designation: Three (3) days a week in-office, the remainder of work week remote. 

Base Compensation

 $28.31 - $38.92 USD

Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
