Purpose of Role
The Americas Retail FP&A Sr. Analyst will be a key member of the Americas DTC organization reporting directly to the Americas Retail Director of FP&A. The role provides financial and analytical support for our Mexico Retail and Ecommerce channels. This person will be responsible for managing the full P&L for Mexico Factory House and Brand House stores, and Mexico Ecommerce. They will closely partner with strategic business leaders to develop forecasts, perform variance analysis, and lead monthly share out meetings to report on business performance.
Your Impact
- P&L responsibility for all Mexico Factory House and Brand House stores and Mexico Ecommerce
o Develop revenue, margin and SG&A plans and load into forecast tool
o Complete time sensitive month-end closing activities, including calculating accruals and variance analysis
o Present financials to Mexico Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) leadership and business partners
o Represent FP&A during regular run-the-business meetings
- Ad-hoc reporting and analysis for the Americas retail team when necessary
Qualifications
- Team Player with demonstrated ability to work cross functionally and collaborate
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively at varying levels and articulate financial results and performance to derive actionable recommendations
- Expertise in Excel, financial modeling, and sensitivity analysis
- SAP accounting system experience or experience with other corporate financial accounting systems is a plus
- Willingness to stretch themselves and learn new things
- Commitment to process improvement
- High Integrity and Humble and Hungry
- Bachelors degree within Finance, Accounting or other relevant fields
- 2-3 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, or corporate accounting
Workplace Location
Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Baltimore office.
Work Schedule: This role follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring 4 days per week in-office.

Base Compensation
$81,956.80 - $112,690.60 USD
Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
