Purpose of Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Sr. Business Planner, E-commerce to join our Americas Direct-to-Consumer Business Planning organization. In this role, you will be given the opportunity to strategically lead within a fast-growing and highly visible segment of the business. This individual will collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, Planning, Merchandising, Marketing, Operations, and the Commercial Head of Digital to develop comprehensive business targets and drive alignment across the teams. The Senior Business Planner leads topline forecasting for the digital channel within the Americas Direct-to-Consumer business. This role owns the development of financial plans, ensuring alignment with channel objectives and performance trends.
By integrating traffic trends, conversion performance, promotional activity, pricing actions, and productivity insights, this role delivers actionable forecasts and performance narratives. Through rigorous analysis and clear communication, the Senior Business Planner provides insights that inform leadership decisions and support optimized retail performance.
Your Impact
• Lead tops down monthly, quarterly, and annual planning processes for the Americas Direct-to-Consumer Ecommerce business to deliver on sales & margin targets – including Monthly Forecasts, Promotional Planning & Effectiveness Analysis, Digital Marketing Budget, incorporating traffic, conversion, pricing, promotional activity, and productivity drivers.
• Monitor performance against plan and analyze drivers of variance to improve forecast accuracy and planning assumptions.
• Provide and own accurate Daily and Weekly reporting, strategic guidance, key insights, and recommendations to the senior leadership team on topline Ecommerce financials.
• Partner with Finance to inform KPI targets plans at the quarterly and monthly level. Assess business risks and opportunities for contingency planning alignment.
• Balance go-forward plans against historical performance and current trends to set realistic expectations for future performance.
• Prepare clear, executive-ready performance updates that highlight trends, risks, opportunities, and business implications.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights and performance narratives that support planning leadership and business decision-making.
• Monitor in-season performance and drive re-forecasting and scenario planning to address traffic variability, promotional shifts, supply constraints, and external factors.
• Quantify financial risks and upside opportunities to enable timely actions that protect revenue and improve performance outcomes.
• Partner with Pricing and Marketing to evaluate promotional effectiveness, analyze ROI, and support test-and-learn initiatives to improve demand productivity.
Qualifications
• 3 to 5+ years in Business Planning, Retail Planning, Finance, Forecasting, Financial analysis, or Analytics experience within a retail eCommerce organization.
• Experience developing forecasts and financial plans.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and partnership skills.
• Ability set challenging standards, develop strong strategic partnerships, and lead while positively inspiring others to action.
• Strong expert analytical skills with the ability to analyze and relay complex quantitative data.
• Strong presentation skills with demonstrated experience in successfully distilling complex information to senior leadership to gain consensus, alignment, and support.
• Experience in systems and programs relative to planning processes. Advanced Excel skills imperative. Exposure to SAP, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, PowerBI and other Business Intelligence reporting systems preferred.

Base Compensation
$75,000.00-$100,000.00 USD
Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
