Purpose of Role
The Senior Manager, OneStream Administration & Financial Systems will serve as the functional and administrative owner of the OneStream platform for Under Armour. This role is being created in connection with a new OneStream implementation and will play a critical role in both the successful rollout and the long‑term optimization and governance of the platform post‑go‑live.
Reporting into the Finance organization, this role will act as a bridge between Accounting, FP&A, and IT, ensuring OneStream supports close, consolidation, reporting, planning, and analysis needs in a scalable, well‑controlled manner. The role will also own financial master data governance and ongoing system enhancements following implementation.
Your Impact
OneStream Implementation & Go‑Live Support
- Serve as a core business lead for the global OneStream implementation, partnering closely with external implementation partners, Accounting, FP&A, and IT.
- Support design, build, testing, and deployment across close, consolidation, financial reporting, matching, planning, and forecasting use cases.
- Lead or coordinate UAT, defect resolution, and go‑live readiness from a finance perspective.
- Help define and document end‑toend‑ finance processes within OneStream, ensuring alignment with SOX and internal control requirements.
Post-Implementation Ownership & Optimization
- Act as the primary OneStream Administrator, responsible for day‑to‑day system oversight, user support, and platform stability.
- Identify and deliver post‑implementation enhancements, including additional cubes, dashboards, workflows, and reporting capabilities.
- Partner with FP&A and Accounting to continuously improve usability, automation, and insight generation.
- Design, develop, and maintain core OneStream dashboards and management reporting solutions in partnership with FP&A and Accounting
- Own OneStream release management, testing, and coordination with IT and vendors for upgrades and patches.
- Maintain overall OneStream system integrity, including cube and model structures, business rules, calculations, dimensions, assumptions, security, and metadata.
Financial Master Data Governance
- Own governance for financial master data within OneStream, including chart of accounts, entities, hierarchies, dimensions, and metadata.
- Establish and maintain data standards, policies, controls, and change management processes.
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across OneStream and upstream/downstream systems (ERP, data warehouse, reporting tools).
- Partner with Accounting, FP&A, and IT to evaluate and approve master data changes.
- Provide advanced support to finance users, including troubleshooting data validation, access, workflow, and reporting issues.
Cross-Functional‑ Partnership
- Serve as a key liaison between Finance and IT, ensuring clear ownership, roles, and escalation paths.
- Support Accounting during monthly/quarterly close, consolidations, and external reporting cycles.
- Support FP&A with planning, forecasting, scenario modeling, and management reporting.
- Provide training, documentation, and ongoing support to finance users.
Controls, Compliance & Documentation
- Support SOX compliance, including system controls, access management, audit support, and documentation.
- Maintain detailed system documentation, including configurations, business rules, integrations, enhancements, and administrative procedures
- Ensure appropriate segregation of duties and audit trails within the platform.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
- 7–10+ years of progressive experience in financial systems, consolidation, FP&A, or controllership roles.
- Hands‑on experience with OneStream, including administration, implementation, or advanced usage.
- Strong understanding of:
- Financial close and consolidation
- Management and external reporting
- FP&A processes (budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis)
- Transaction Matching
- Experience operating in a public company, SOX controlled‑ environment.
- Proven ability to partner effectively with Accounting, FP&A, and IT.
- Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
Preferred
- Experience supporting retail or multi-entity, multi‑location organizations.
- Prior involvement in a largescale OneStream implementation or ‑ERP adjacent‑ transformation.
- Knowledge of ERP integrations (SAP ECC and S/4 Hana) and data flows.
- CPA, CMA, or similar certification.
- Experience leading or mentoring junior team members.
Workplace Location
- Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our global headquarters in Baltimore, MD
- Work Schedule: x4 days in office, Monday through Thursday

Base Compensation
$140,000.00-$170,000.00 USD
Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
