Purpose of Role

Under Armour is seeking a smart, dynamic, self-motivated and passionate individual to join and grow with our fast-paced North America Team Division. The Sr. Manager, Marketing & Activations – Team Division role will set the marketing amd activation strategy for the Team division inclusive of approach and execution for Collegiate, Grassroots and High School partnerships. 
 

Your Impact

•    Manage all phases of the marketing activations for Team division across strategy, creative execution, asset management, NIL best practices, 
•    Oversee integrations from premiere partnerships to balance of market as it pertains to story telling and brand building efforts
•    Collaborate with VP of Team Division and internal partners in brand, social, PR,events marketing, merchandising and finance to elevate experiences for partners
•    Responsible for top tier Collegiate Partnership marketing plans including annual programming across sport moments, connectivity to brand priorities, content capture and social media activation
•    Manage Grassroot Circuit Programming to create consistent regional approach within UA Next from premiere events to National Circuit platforms across sport categories
•    Work in conjunction with brand creative, america’s wholesale shop team and Director of College to create elevated experiences within the collegiate bookstore businesses
•    Ownership of market execution for partnership value additions across influencer seeding, content capture, announcements, campus branding
•    Responsible for managing 1-2 direct reports within structure. 
 

Qualifications

•    Bachelors Degree.
•    10+ years’ experience in Sales working with regional or national accounts in sporting goods industry.  
•    Determination to help UA continue to be the industry leader. 
•    Excellent communication and presentation skills.
•    High-level skills with database/spreadsheet programs, SAP and MS Office.

  • Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Baltimore office.
  • Return to Work Designation: 3 days week in-office, the remainder of work week remote. 
  • Travel: 20%

Base Compensation

 

 $131,309.00 - $180,550.70 USD

Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position. UA is committed to helping our teammates succeed and advance in their careers. Base salary is only one component of our competitive Total Rewards package.
