Purpose of Role
We are searching for a Sr Product Line Manager (PLM) to focus on and elevate the UA Diamond Sports Cleated & Accessory businesses, as well as Volleyball Footwear. This role will drive the strategic vision and plan for these categories, with a sharp focus on building the most innovative, consumer-centric product in the industry. Daily work will revolve around managing the full product life cycle - from seasonal strategy and line planning, through design and development process, to production and delivery. In addition, cross-functional collaboration (global & regional merch, planning, brand, sports marketing, sales, etc.) will be expected to deliver a comprehensive GTM plan that drives market leadership through flawless execution of Product, Story, and Distribution. Your Impact
- Drive the Diamond Sports Footwear & Accessories and Volleyball Footwear businesses from product concept to commercialization
- Work with key partners to author & drive a long-term strategic business plan, innovation road maps (short-term and long-term), technology cadence as well as consumer experience
- Execute product vision in partnership with Merchandising for each season.
- Partner with Design, Development, Commercialization and Sourcing to manage the product creation process and ensure product is built in accordance with the line architecture and margin requirements
- Develop product creation requirements and communicate product vision for ongoing releases and new product opportunities to solve problems for the athlete.
- Be the expert on Global competitive landscape, marketplace, consumer needs
- Be the expert of the consumer. Where they shop, How they shop, What they shop for and how they perceive it first-hand.
- Be the conduit to Innovation as the product leader – help to drive consistent and effective communication.
- Partner with global and regional merchandising teams to set the GTM cadence, global segmentation, allocations, and regional product strategies
- Working closely with Merchandising, Marketing, Planning and Sales to effectively drive sales, create a great customer experience, and increase market share
- Lead a team while communicating vision, inspiring performance, and developing talent

- 6-8 years of product line management – Team Sports FW experience highly preferred.
Workplace Location
- Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our global headquarters in Baltimore, MD.
- Work Life Integration Designation: 4 days a week in-office
- Travel: 15-20% of the year – domestic and international

Base Compensation
$141,662.80-$177,078.50 USD
Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position. UA is committed to helping our teammates succeed and advance in their careers. Base salary is only one component of our competitive Total Rewards package.
