Purpose of Role
The Americas Channel Marketing role is responsible for shaping, communicating, and guiding how the Americas commercial marketplace comes to life from ideation stages through execution/performance hindsight. Acting as the source of truth for go-to-market planning, this individual will ensure detailed alignment across teams while connecting Under Armour’s long-term enterprise strategy with near-term business goals. This role spans both DTC and Wholesale channels across UA’s portfolio and requires deep collaboration with countless partners inside and outside of Marketing to deliver best-in-class marketplace activations that resonate with UA’s target consumer. The ideal candidate is comfortable with ambiguity and fearless in diving into the white space of the business to seize opportunities and drive impact. With innovation at the core of the brand, this individual ensures every marketplace touchpoint reflects the passion, energy, and strategic priorities of Under Armour.
Your Impact
• Serve as a liaison between global and regional category marketing teams, streamlining communication and ensuring all partners are aligned and engaged throughout the planning process
• Support the Americas Channel Marketing Planning Team in aligning and communicating brand strategy, seasonal priorities, and marketplace investment focus areas.
• Own and maintain the Americas Channel Marketing Programming Calendar as the source of truth for channel marketing activations, product launches, and brand moments.
• Lead end-to-end Americas channel activation plans for key brand stories, from initial strategic brief through full execution.
• Support the development and execution of cross-channel marketplace plans, collaborating with functional partners including category marketing, product seeding, merchandising, brand communications, sports marketing, organic social, and visual merchandising through key go-to-market milestones.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree with typically 3-5 years of relevant experience, OR Master's degree with typically 2 years of relevant experience, OR Typically 7 years of relevant work experience without degree.
• Strong analytical & organizational skills
• Obsession for details in activation planning
• Strong interpersonal skills- ability to build partnerships and identify areas for further clarity
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills; ability to communicate down, across and up within the organization
• Skilled with MS Office programs (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
Workplace Location
- Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Baltimore office.
- Work Schedule: This role follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring 4 days in-office per week.

Base Compensation
$83,333.60-$104,167.00 USD
Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
