Position Summary

As an Under Armour Rookie you’ll be given a hands-on, self-driven project that makes a real business impact. Throughout the 12 weeks you’ll work one-on-one with a mentor and have access to learning experiences, such as interactive Q&A sessions with our executives and professional development opportunities with our talent advisors. With our focus on cross-functional collaboration and global mindset, as a Rookie, you get to see how your work goes way beyond yourself.

 

Our program consists of remote, hybrid and in-office opportunities. 

Potential Placement Areas

Consumer Insights
Consumer Insights Rookies support the team in a wide variety of internally managed research projects (e.g. surveys, focus groups, ethnographies, mining databases) to provide findings and actionable insights. This opportunity might appeal to students with majors such as: Business, Statistics, Marketing, or Psychology.    

Marketing
Marketing Rookies support the team in overseeing aspects of strategic planning towards future acquisitions, event planning and operations. They could be placed on Marketing teams such as Brand, Sports, Loyalty or Regional, or PR/Communications. This opportunity might appeal to students with majors such as: Marketing, Sports Management, Business Administration/Management, Business Analytics, Communications, Public Relations, or MBA’s. 

Omnichannel
The Omnichannel Rookie will be joining a team that is focused on creating seamless, consistent and compelling omni experience across all customer facing channels(marketing, retail, digital, and wholesale). Our team works closely with the GTM team, creative, global retail and the regions. This opportunity might appeal to students with majors such as: Business, Digital, Media & Communications, Marketing who are action-oriented, displays excellent written, verbal, and leadership communication skills. 

Eligibility

To be eligible for our Rookie program, you must be expecting to graduate from an undergraduate or graduate program anytime between December 2023 and June 2024.
