Purpose of Role

Under Armour is looking for a qualified and driven Team Sports Operations Associate.  This is an opportunity to be part of a great success story, as Under Armour continues to impact the business like no other company can. This operations position will be given the opportunity to work cross functionally to ensure Under Armour athletes are outfitted on field, on court for every game. Under Armour strives to be the best and our operations team delivers that message every day.
 

Your Impact

•    Work cross functionally with internal and external teammates 100% accurate and on time delivery of all uniforms for D1 and UA special events (reporting /tracking)
•    Drive solutions to any product or sales related issues that arise with Team Sports licensee partners
•    Integrate licensee into monthly report for KPI tracking for entire team.  Analyze and present data to management for trends and exploit additional sales opportunities on monthly basis
•    Collaborate on licensee sample plans, in accordance with Team Sports calendar deadlines
•    Develop and maintain strong internal cross-functional relationships with Sales, Product and Customer Service, to drive one team story across all categories
•    Assist with ad hoc reporting/analysis as needed

Qualifications

•    Be a self-starter and high achiever who loves living in the numbers
•    Be an excellent communicator with the aptitude to simplify data, highlight key point and drive audience towards decisions in all interaction
•    Be able to balances team and individual responsibilities and contributes to building a positive team spirit
•    Have a growth mindset, while effectively prioritizing multiple concurrent projects and hit calendar deadlines

Education And / Or Experience
•    Bachelor’s Degree
•    3+ years’ experience in analytical role, strong excel skills needed
 

Workplace Location

• Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Baltimore office.
• Return to Work Designation:: 3 days week in-office, the remainder of work week remote.

Base Compensation

 $51,826.00 - $71,260.20 USD

Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position. UA is committed to helping our teammates succeed and advance in their careers. Base salary is only one component of our competitive Total Rewards package.
