Purpose of Role

As Sr. Manager of Brand Marketing for Mexico and LATAM, you will be the driving force behind executing and evolving our regional brand strategy with a focus on performance, innovation, and consumer connection. Reporting to the Director of Marketing for LATAM, you will lead the Mexico go-to-market plan, aligning seasonal strategies with business objectives while offering strategic brand guidance across LATAM. This is a high-impact role responsible for increasing brand awareness, deepening consumer affinity, and delivering high-performing 360 campaigns across all touchpoints.

Your Impact

Strategic Leadership & Planning

· Lead the development of seasonal marketing plans for Mexico, rooted in the 5-Year Plan (5YP), and define seasonal KPIs that ladder up to growth targets.

· Collaborate with the LATAM Marketing Director to craft and roll out the regional Brand Strategy, using Mexico as the strategic blueprint for other markets.

· Translate global and regional brand priorities into country Mexico-level actions and timelines, ensuring early and effective alignment with internal stakeholders.

Campaign Excellence & Execution

· Build and execute integrated 360 campaigns in Mexico—across digital, social, retail, experiential, and PR—with consistency, consumer relevance, and performance impact.

· Guide local teams and agencies in crafting campaigns that resonate with our core target: the 16–24-year-old teams sport athlete.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Governance

· Serve as a strategic partner to category, sales, and retail teams to maximize campaign effectiveness and sell-through.

· Ensure visibility and buy-in across global, AMS, and local stakeholders through clear timelines, briefs, and strategic updates.

· Act as the central point of contact for Mexico cross funtional teams, driving collaboration, consistency, and best-practice sharing internally and with other markets.

 

Performance & Optimization

· Own budget managemente for Mexico marketing activities, driving efficiencies and continuously measuring ROI.

· Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance; apply insights to elevate future initiatives and drive measurable business results.

· Build a performance dashboard and ensure ongoing reporting of KPIs, consumer engagement metrics, and campaign effectiveness.

Essential Duties Include

· Own and manage the annual marketing calendar for Mexico and ensure LATAM alignment.

· Oversee seasonal campaign briefings, asset needs, and GTM toolkits with agency and cross-functional partners.

· Identify areas of opportunity to scale successful Mexico initiatives across priority LATAM markets.

· Champion a test-and-learn mindset to improve impact, drive relevance, and increase efficiency.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field (Master’s preferred).

· Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in brand marketing, with a strong track record of driving results through integrated campaigns.

· Prior experience in the sportswear, consumer goods, retail, or youth lifestyle categories preferred.

· Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing agency partners.

· Proven success in performance-driven marketing with measurable impact on awareness, engagement, and conversion.

 

Workplace Location

  • Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Mexico office.
  • Work Schedule: This role follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring 3 days in-office per week through September 5, 2025. Beginning September 8, 2025, the in-office requirement will increase to 4 days per week.
