Purpose of Role
The Sr. Manager, eCommerce is a key player of the MEXICO eComm team, will be accountable all ecommerce life cycle, ensuring that the traffic brought by acquisition channels is converting in the website through excellent navigation & site merchandising, following brand guidelines and standards, while keeping a commercial mindset to achieve financial targets and ensure a great customer journey experience.
Your Impact
Responsible for execution and follow-up Ecomm strategy delivery insights and share them with the DTC business
· Responsible for driving customer conversion across all MEXICO website by developing strategies that resonates with the customer journey.
· Accountable for planning, developing and executing, on time in full, all brand and commercial campaigns according to sitemap calendar.
· Responsible for liaising with marketing teams to brief in Brand imagery and copy needs for on-site banners, grid page headers, digital experiences, and any other creative material that will appear on the storefront.
· Owns on-site merchandising & product categorization including navigation menus, home page and gender landing pages, grid pages including SIGs, DIGs, header & footer, etc., as well as all marketing elements across the online store to provide a premium consumer experience.
· Responsible for monitoring, improving and optimizing KPIs such as: Conversion Rate, AOV, UPT, Bounce Rate, Add to Cart Rate, etc.
· Accountable for creating, configuring & testing site promotions including PDP callouts and all needed content updates to make sure there is a frictionless consumer experience.
· Leads site improvements business cases, influencing global & local teams until final testing and deployment of approved initiatives.
· Responsible for merchandizing strategy across regional websites to ensure optimal user experience and reducing internal null searches to below 15%.
· Act as a team player with Retail , following suggestions and recommendations from acquisition, retention, operations & analytics teammates.
Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree with typically 8 years of relevant experience or Master's degree with typically 6 years of relevant experience or typically 12 years of relevant work experience without a degree.
· Experience in the life cycle eCommerce channel.
· Familiarity with Ecommerce platforms (SFCC preferred).
· Fluent in Spanish, English
· Experience working with multiple regions is a plus
Workplace Location
- Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Mexico office.
- Work Schedule: This role follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring 3 days in-office per week through September 5, 2025. Beginning September 8, 2025, the in-office requirement will increase to 4 days per week.
