Purpose of Role
ACCOUNT MGR, SALES OPS
The Associate Manager, Sales Planning and Operation is mainly to develop and manage proper internal business operation system to provide best support to sales team to achieve sales team’s goals.
Your Impact
ACCOUNT MGR, SALES OPS
- Manage planning in providing in-depth sales analysis and insight, provide timely communication of reporting and in-season business deep-dive study
- Provide solid back office support to the front sales team and optimize the practice of sales process and improve sales effectiveness
- Lead the account buying plan with sales team according to buying strategy, top down financial target and analysis
- Conduct historical analysis in terms of SI structure and provide proposals for pre-season buying structure in Account Level
- Season forecast & Monthly Sales forecast for distributor and sales
- Sales forecast weekly update to secure sell-in target achievement
- Weekly sell-through and key KPI tracking to monitor the business performance
- Franchise inventory monitory, control, clearance, and replenishment order aligned with product/marketing plan
- Build wholesale business reporting, monitor &track business, highlight potential risk and give suggestion based on sales analysis.
- Provide standardized and routine retail reports and analysis on weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly; Basis using system SAP/ QV/ IPOS/ CMS system etc.
- Cooperate with finance team on the monthly cut-off day data timely and accurately
- AR, payment, Rebate, Incentive calculation and tracking
- Act as a consistent and reliable point of contact between sales team and other functional team
- Coordinate pre-line meeting, sales meeting and other meeting supporting
- Maintain franchise/ POS / product master data
Qualifications
ACCOUNT MGR, SALES OPS
- Bachelor's degree with typically 5 years of relevant experience or Master's degree with typically 3 years of relevant experience or typically 9 years of relevant work experience without degree.
- Proven experience in sales management for a leading consumer goods companies, ideally with wholesale focus Ideally in apparel/fashion/shoes or FMCG
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Base Compensation

$535,840.00 - $736,780.00 MXN
Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position. UA is committed to helping our teammates succeed and advance in their careers. Base salary is only one component of our competitive Total Rewards package.
