Purpose of Role
As the Brand Activation Sr. Professional, you will be a key player in executing and coordinating the brand’s seasonal campaigns and activations in Mexico. You’ll support the delivery of Under Armour’s 360 marketing initiatives—bringing our product stories and brand purpose to life across retail, events, digital, and partner channels.
This role is ideal for a high-energy executor who thrives in fast-paced environments, is detail-oriented, and passionate about sport and brand experience. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and external agencies to ensure that every consumer touchpoint drives brand impact and performance.
Your Impact
Campaign & Activation Execution
- Support the implementation of seasonal 360 campaigns across physical and digital channels (retail, events, media, influencers, digital, PR).
- Own the execution calendar and manage timelines to ensure campaigns go live on time and in full.
- Coordinate with creative, media, and retail partners to deliver assets and toolkits with precision.
- Own the realtion with agencies, ensure they deliver on brand proposals and are aligned with Mexico Strategy and growth plans.
Events & Experiences
- Assist in planning and executing brand experiences, athlete appearances, and community-driven activations.
- Partner with agencies and vendors to manage logistics, production, and on-site execution.
- Ensure every brand activation reflects Under Armour’s DNA and connects meaningfully with our 16–24-year-old team sports consumer.
Project Management & Coordination
- Keep close relationship with extended Marketng team to secure we have one message/one brand across channels.
- Maintain clear project documentation, status updates, and recaps for ongoing activations.
- Track budgets and provide support in managing vendor invoices and expense reports.
- Work closely with the Sr. Brand Marketing Manager to ensure alignment across all brand marketing efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in marketing or brand activation, preferably in apparel, sports, or consumer goods.
- Experience supporting or executing retail campaigns, brand events, or integrated marketing programs.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Comfortable working with agencies and cross-functional teams.
- High attention to detail, proactive mindset, and sense of ownership.
- Fluent in Spanish; working proficiency in English.
- Passion for sports, culture, and performance-driven brands.
Workplace Location
- Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Mexico office.
- Work Schedule: This role follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring 4 days in-office per week.
