Purpose of Role

The Senior Business Analyst – LATAM will support the regional analytics function, delivering high-impact analysis, reporting, and insights that drive commercial and operational performance. This role will work closely with regional and U.S.-based teams across Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Planning to ensure data accuracy, visibility, and alignment with strategic goals. This role translates information into actionable data, bridging the gap and understanding between supply chain and the commercial business through cross-functional, data-informed decision-making, actionable insights, scalable reporting solutions, and strategic analysis.

Your Impact

Analytics & Reporting
•    Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards to track performance, revenue, and service metrics.
•    Analyze weekly and monthly data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the LATAM business.
•    Support regular business planning and performance meetings with data-driven analysis and recommendations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
•    Partner with Sales, Demand Planning, Customer Service, and Logistics teams to ensure alignment on goals and execution.
•    Assist in resolving data discrepancies, service issues, and fulfillment challenges through root cause analysis and reporting.
•    Collaborate with U.S.-based stakeholders to support regional initiatives and ensure consistency in analytics practices.

Process Improvement & Support
•    Identify gaps in reporting or business processes and propose solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
•    Support the implementation of new tools, systems, and methodologies to enhance analytics capabilities.
•    Participate in special projects and cross-functional initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Analytics, Business or related field.
•    3 plus years experience in business analytics, supply chain or commercial operations. 
•    Strong analytical skills with experience in performance reporting, forecasting, and data visualization.
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Snowflake.
•    Experience with enterprise systems (SAP, Oracle) and database platforms (BW, BObj) preferred.
•    Fluent in Spanish and English.
•    Strong communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working with cross-functional and international teams.
•    Experience working in or with Latin America markets, especially Mexico, is highly preferred.

Workplace Location

•    Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance to our Mexico City Office. 
•    Work Schedule: This role follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring 4 days in-office per week.
•    Travel: Limited
