Program Structure

  • Internship period: Jul 2026 – Dec 2026 (6 months)
  • Offer timeline: May/Jun 2026
  • Format: Part-time, office-based
  • Minimum working hour per week: 20 hours

Purpose of Role

We are looking for a proactive, energetic, highly motivated candidate with a can-do attitude and interest in Sports. The rookie will be able to gain work exposure through structured learning plan and project list, business and projects involvement such as supplier visits, product trainings and related industry knowledge training.

Your Impact

As the Material Sourcing Rookie, your responsibilies include:

  • Faciliating the whole process of fabric sourcing, including from product development to product production.
  • Contributing to strategy projects, ranging from library set up to quality standard decision.
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance the material source base, i.e. material planning and library hanger optimization.
  • Partaking in color approval process, from supporting color library management to digital assessment and color review

Qualifications

  • Preferrably undergraduate in their second or third year of studies from relevant fields of studies. 
  • Previous experience in Textile, color knowledge, Data analysis etc., would be a plus, but prior professional experience is not a must. 
  • Strong interest in the sports retail industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a passionate, committed, and eager to learn mindset.
  • Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese is preferred.
  • Able to work with a team or independently where needed.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.

Base Compensation

  • HKD 70 per hour, minimum of 20 hours per week.
