Purpose of Role
The Sustainability Lead is responsible for leading the strategy, execution, and business integration of Under Armour's Beyond Compliance programs to drive measurable social impact and enhance supply chain resilience. This role owns the portfolio of Worker Voice, Worker Well-Being, and Gender Equality programs, leveraging supplier performance data to inform business decisions, mitigate risk, and create tangible value. The role will lead cross-functional initiatives, support the team on key external disclosures, and architect the data management strategy for supply chain sustainability. The role will drive UA's positive impact, strengthen supplier relationships, and align social sustainability directly with business performance.
Your Impact
Management of Beyond Compliance Social Program Portfolio
- Own the development, implementation, and strategic direction for all Beyond Compliance programs (Worker Voice, Well-being, Gender Equality), including setting multi-year roadmaps, defining program KPIs, and managing the allocated budget and resources.
Integration of social supply chain sustainability to drive business performance
- Partner with leadership to develop and execute a strategy to leverage social sustainability performance data in supplier selection, relationship management, and business reviews.
Data, Systems & Disclosure Management
- Oversee and ensure the integrity of all supply chain social and labor collection, analysis, and reporting for both internal and external disclosure
Stakeholder Leadership & Cross-Functional Influence
- Lead cross-functional working groups and represent Supply Chain Sustainability in engagements with internal teams (GPS, Procurement, Legal), suppliers, and industry partners (e.g., Fair Labor Association, Cascale, Better Work, etc.).
Qualifications
- Advanced project and program portfolio management
- Strong negotiation and influence skills to drive change across functions
- Strategic thinking and business acumen to link sustainability to commercial outcomes
- Superior data analysis and strategic communications skills, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization (Tableau), Power BI and/or sustainability-specific data platforms
- Excellent command of English as well as a second language (Fluency in Chinese important)
- Flexible work style and an ability to adapt and respond quickly to shifting priorities, and to identify and propose solutions to related challenges
- Minimum BA/BS in Sustainability/CR/Human Rights Management or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in social/environmental sustainability, with a proven track record in program leadership, strategic planning, and budget management
- Experience must include direct engagement with global supply chains.
Workplace Location
- Location: Hong Kong Office
- Return To Work Designation: 4 days a week (Monday to Thursday) in-office, the remainder of work week remote.

- Licenses/Certifications: Certification related to international labor standards/human rights and sustainability
