Purpose of Role

A proactive, energetic, highly motivated, positive with can-do attitude and interest in Sports.

A Rookie with more in work exposure through structured learning plan & project list, business and projects involvement (supplier visits, product trainings & related industry knowledge), become self-confidence & more engagement. A professional learning experience with meaningful, practical work related to their field of study or career interest. Mentorship guidance and regular feedback to elevate the knowledge and skills, as well as drive success. This role will have opportunities to interact with Tier 1 Vendors (T1s) and Tier 2 Suppliers (T2s). Through regular catch-up sessions with other business professionals will help on the Network Building and navigating the future career.

Your Impact

  • Follow current GL&P processes and will evaluate them to ensure efficiency. There will be additional opportunities to create and set new processes in place with respect to compliance labeling.
  • Interact with our T1s and T2s globally.  Communicate with our T1s, T2s, Production, Planning, QA and Home Office GL&P team regarding outstanding labeling and packaging issues. 
  • Interact with PLMs and Consumer packaging design team on development that will sit within the direction for each season.
  • Managing production and sourcing expectations between factories and packaging suppliers.
  • Interact with packaging suppliers on status of various packaging parts. Upon successful validation of packaging tests and compliance requirements, approve packaging parts in Armoury or Centric.
  • Track packaging parts for buy ready status due to late adds and various other circumstances.
  • Set up e-library for Trims item and enhance physical trims library in office.
  • Enhance trims suppliers’ profiles.
  • Support with data analysis on supplier score cards

Qualifications

  • Candidates with Printing, Packaging, Trims, Textiles or Data analysis knowledge preferred.
  • Should be graduating in 2024
  • Ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Proficiency in Chinese, English and Mandarin languages
