Purpose of Role

The Senior Financial Analyst will support the Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) function within Under Armour’s Global Supply Chain organization. This role serves as a key business partner to the Global Product Supply (GPS) functions—including Sourcing, Costing, Operations, Quality, and Materials—by delivering financial insights that drive strategic decision-making, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.

Your Impact

  • Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports and analysis for month-end and quarter-end close processes.
  • Analyze and explain variances to budget and forecast, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead costing-related financial analysis, including validation of product cost assumptions and identification of cost-saving opportunities.
  • Collaborate with GPS teams to support strategic planning, annual budgeting, and monthly reforecasting processes.
  • Support the Sourcing FP&A manager and broader team in ensuring timely and accurate completion of all financial deliverables.

Technical Attributes

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of progressive experience in FP&A, Finance, or Business Analysis roles.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with experience in financial modeling, variance analysis, and costing.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate across functions and levels.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
  • Experience in consumer products, supply chain, or manufacturing environments is a plus
