Purpose of Role

The Logistics Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating wholesale and retail order fulfillment processes to ensure accurate, timely, and efficient delivery of products. This position acts as a key liaison between internal teams, wholesale customers, and retail stores, maintaining operational excellence through precise documentation and effective communication.

Your Impact

  • Order Management: Maintain and manage wholesale customers’ order books, process sales orders, and support wholesale order needs.
  • Customer Support: Provide timely updates and documentation to wholesale accounts to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Logistics Coordination: Handle daily store-to-store transfer requests and oversee planned retail shipments.
  • Documentation: Prepare and issue delivery orders, invoices, and packing lists for customers prior to delivery.
  • Data Management: Keep accurate records of all inbound and outbound transactions and maintain monthly invoice archives for reporting and compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Competent in using Microsoft Office tools: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
