Purpose of Role

The Marketing Intern (6 months internship) will be responsible for supporting the digital marketing operations, strategies and projects of the marketing team, and management of Malaysia social media channels. They will have the opportunity to embark on a 360° learning journey and become a part of the Marketing team.

Your Impact

Graphic Design

• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop creative concepts and design solutions for marketing campaigns and events (e.g., social media, EDMs, digital assets, print materials).

• Ensure all designs align with the company’s brand guidelines and visual identity.

Digital Marketing

• Coordinate and manage assets.

• Plan and manage content.

• Support media planning.

• Work cross-functionally and across markets to execute campaigns.

• Handle product seeding for athletes, ambassadors, media, and KOLs.

• Compile campaign recaps.

Marketing & Event Support

• Provide event support, including real-time content capture.

• Work cross-functionally to execute campaigns.

• Liaise and negotiate with suppliers.

• Manage collateral production.

• Organize marketing seeding products.

• Liaise with partners like gyms and sports associations.

Qualifications

• An individual who is passionate about sports
• Has a strong interest in Graphic Design & Marketing
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design and/or marketing preferred
• A keen learner who is creative & detail-oriented, resourceful & driven
• Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects (Please include the link to your creative portfolio showcasing your graphic design/video editing skills in your resume) 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Powerpoint)
• Strong familiarity with current trends, color and design
• Understands the need for ownership and possesses a sense of urgency
• Able to work with a team/independently where needed
• Willing to listen, include, and respect the beliefs of teammates

Workplace Location

• Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Kuala Lumpur office. (Level 33, Menara AIA Sentral No. 30, Jalan Sultan Ismail 50250 Kuala Lumpur Malaysia)
• Working Hours: Monday to Fridays 9am – 6pm (The role may occasionally require weekend work to support events. In such cases, a compensatory day off will be provided.)
• Return to Work Designation: 5 days in office
