Purpose of Role

The Stock House Supervisor supports the Stock House Manager in the daily operations for freight processing and replenishment to retail store locations.  In partnership with the Stock House Manager, the Stock House Supervisor is accountable for driving results by effectively teaching, training and coaching into a high performing team that achieves daily productivity goals, delivers operational excellence and ensures secure storage of inventory and accurate, timely shipment of replenishment to Under Armour retail stores within the local market. The Stock House Supervisor is expected to role model Under Armour’s Core Competencies and expectations.

Your Impact

Leadership

  • Motivate and inspire the team with daily shift huddles by delivering a compelling vision and purpose, which encompasses Under Armour’s Core Competencies.
  • Establish and communicate clear expectations while holding the Stock House team accountable for achieving all brand, performance and behavior standards.
  • Build and support effective relationships with all teammates, peers and supervisors to effectively lead positive change.
  • Lead the management team through effective execution of all performance management tools.
  • Effectively communicate with the management team to align and help drive business strategy.
  • Proactively seek personal learning and development opportunities to build leadership skill set and enhance individual performance.
  • Knowledgeable in all Under Armour Policies and Procedures.
  • Support the Stock House Manager in the execution of the short- and long-term business plan that will drive KPI’s and maximize freight processing and replenishment results.

 

Talent

  • Recruit, hire, develop and retain a high performing team.
  • Proactively network and recruit to support staffing needs.
  • Teach, train and coach the Stock House team.
  • Recognize and properly resolve teammate performance issues; communicate high priority issues to the Stock House Manager in a timely manner and collaborate to develop a plan for resolution to minimize risk.
  • Support the mid-year and annual review process for all teammates by providing feedback on teammates performance to Stock House Manager.
  • Drive teammate engagement by recognizing and rewarding teammates for their outstanding performance.
  • Ensure that the teammates adhere to all employment practices and policies.

 

Operations

  • Processing transfers from Stock House to retail stores.
  • Perform audit and transfer (STO) of damaged and defective merchandise.
  • Maintain Under Armour brand standards of neat, clean and organized environment that is safe for teammates.
  • Support/Lead the efficient and productive handling of all merchandise including shipment receipt and processing, floorsets, markdown optimization and replenishment systems while maintaining Stock House standards.
  • Analyze reporting and daily sales trends to make real-time strategic business decisions to drive results.
  • Effective use of technology to enhance teammate performance and drive KPI’s.
  • Contribute to the management of expense and operational costs.
  • Develop and oversee teammate growth program for Stock House teammate bench talent.

Education And / Or Experience

•    Minimum high school education or equivalent.
•    Minimum of 2-3 years of Warehouse, Supply Chain or equivalent management experience preferred.

Base Compensation

 $75,000.00-$100,000.00 USD

Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position. UA is committed to helping our teammates succeed and advance in their careers. Base salary is only one component of our competitive Total Rewards package.
