Purpose of Role

We are seeking a strategic, data-driven leader to join our Americas Regional team as the Director of Analytics – Regional Commercial. This role will oversee centralized commercial analytics functions across the region, driving actionable insights to help shape strategy, unlock revenue growth, support consumer engagement, and overall market expansion. The ideal candidate combines
deep analytics expertise with a strong understanding of regional business dynamics in the retail and sports/sportswear industry. This position plays a key role in aligning the regional analytics agenda with the global enterprise analytics community of practice, ensuring best-in-class methodologies, tools, and standards are consistently applied across the commercial organization.

Your Impact

Strategic Leadership
• Lead the regional commercial analytics strategy to support revenue optimization, pricing,
promotional effectiveness, assortment and category prioritization, and consumer insights.
• Partner with senior leadership to influence commercial decisions with data-driven insights.
• Collaborate with the SVP, Strategy, Go-To-Market, & Analytics on key initiatives, providing analytical support for strategic planning and execution.

Analytics Function Oversight
• Build and manage a high-performing analytics team responsible for delivering insights across channels (retail, digital, wholesale).
• Design and implement robust frameworks for performance planning, metrics, and reporting.
• Drive the development and standardization of commercial dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs tailored to regional business goals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Serve as a key liaison between the Americas region and the global enterprise analytics community of practice.
• Ensure alignment on data governance, analytics tools, and methodologies with enterprise teams.
• Foster a culture of data literacy across the commercial functions through education, consistent communication, and engagement.

Innovation and Enablement
• Leverage advanced analytics, AI/ML, and predictive modeling to identify and unlock new commercial opportunities.
• Continuously assess and improve analytics capabilities, identifying areas for automation, selfservice tools, and scalable solutions

Qualifications

Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in analytics, with at least 5 in a leadership role supporting commercial or go-to-market functions.
• Strong experience in retail, consumer goods, or sports/sportswear industry.
• Proven track record of turning data into actionable insights that drive commercial outcomes.
• Expertise in modern analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python/R, cloud data platforms).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across senior levels.

Preferred:
• Experience working in a matrixed, global organization.
• Knowledge of regional dynamics in the Americas (North, Central, South America).
• Bilingual proficiency (English + Spanish or Portuguese) a plus.

Workplace Location

  • Location: This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Baltimore office.
  • Return to Work Designation: 4 days week in-office, the remainder of work week remote.

Base Compensation

 

 $160,831.60 - $221,143.45 USD

Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
