Position Summary

At Under Armour, we believe it’s every teammates responsibility to help protect Our House. However, if the teammates are not aware of cyber security threats or how to respond to them – how can they help?  This role is to provide awareness, training, and testing of cyber threats and teach teammates how to react.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Perform quarterly phishing simulations
  • Lead security awareness training to all new hires
  • Manage and schedule educational and awareness material throughout the year, this includes emails, newsletters, and updates to UA’s security awareness internal website.
  • Maintain annual cyber security awareness training course, presentation decks, metrics, and current industry stats.
  • Work with the security team to identify the top human risks to our organization and the behaviors that needs to change.

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

  • Understand the core concepts of information security and cyber security risk.
  • Comfortable with presenting material at all levels of an organization.
  • Thinks like a marketer / teacher.
  • Stays up to date on information security and business trends through benchmarking or participation in professional associations.
  • The ability to take the initiative to reach out to and coordinate with different teammates in different business units and countries. 

Education And / Or Experience

  • At least 2 years’ experience in design and content management for internal communications.
  • Eager to start or continue into the field of cyber security
  • SANS Security Awareness Professional (SSAP) certification or any certification in marketing, organization change, or communication will be considered a plus.
